OUR GOAL: ZERO ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES

At CFP we place a high value on safety and believe it is fundamental to the success of our company and the projects we take on. We understand that a failure to plan is a plan to fail, especially regarding the issue of safety. This is why we have clearly defined safety goals at the beginning of each project. We want everyone to go home safely to their families at the end of the day. In order to accomplish this we continuously strive to improve our safety practices and dedicate significant resources to provide a safe work environment for our employees.

Here at CFP, we believe every accident, and therefore every injury, is preventable, and we entrench that philosophy into each CFP project. Aaron, general manager of CFP said, “If you have a poor plan in place you become a reactive people. We want to be proactive at all times and identify hazards and risks before they become problems.”

Every employee has stop-work authority and knows - if it's not safe, don't do it. We also ask our subcontractors to adopt this commitment to safety. The result is exceptional safety performance, even in severe weather, remote locations and hazardous work environments.

Our commitment to safety helps keep workers safe which also pays off for our customers. Their operating costs decrease and productivity increases since less time is lost to accidents. And most importantly, our valuable employees go home safe at the end of the day.
